I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.

I’m in desperate need of finding other Army wives in my position in Fort Riley, Kansas. I haven’t met any other wives since I’ve moved here, the only other people I know are my husband’s co workers. Everyone keeps telling me to go to bravo company FRG meetings but I haven’t been able to go to any due to me not having my drivers license. I’ve been practicing driving on and off for the past two months whenever my husband’s best friend has time after work but it still isn’t enough. Plus it’ll be really nice to have a female companion I can actually talk too. Ugh.

My husband only been deployed for a couple of weeks but it already feels like it’s been forever. I know it would get easier as soon as I make some friends. Consider this a desperate cry for help! Any ladies in similar position as I am please feel free to inbox me or reply. It would mean a lot.

People will believe anything if it means they can go on with their lives and not have to think too hard about it.
